Variable Glossary
To help navigate the code, below is provided a glossary of the main variables in the simulation. Again, one can refer to other posts on this blog and the references as well, for a deeper explanation of these variables. The main aim here is to show how each variable is saved, often using the "flattened-array" structures created.
