BSSN Moving Puncture Evolution Equations

There are several great texts on numerical relativity. The one I used primarily is M. Shibata’s book [1]. His work lays out in great detail many different aspects of numerical relativity in general, including the BSSN moving puncture method in Cartesian coordinates.
